1. The short version

Some links from this website to an operator are commercial links. If you follow one and open an account, the operator may pay us a fee. You pay nothing extra, your terms are identical to any other customer's, and no fee has ever bought a review, a score or a ranking position.

2. Where commercial links appear

Every "Visit" button next to a brand is a commercial link, and each one carries the rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute in the page code so search engines and advertising networks can identify it. Links to the Gambling Commission public register, GAMSTOP, BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous and the ICO are not commercial and we earn nothing from them.

3. How we are paid

Fees are paid on a fixed-fee or revenue-share basis by the operator or its authorised affiliate programme after a valid, verified registration. We are never paid per click, and we never accept payment in exchange for a specific score, a specific ranking, or the removal of criticism.

4. What money cannot buy

• A score. Every score comes from our five-pillar assessment, completed before any commercial conversation.
• A position. Ranking follows the score. Nothing else moves it.
• Silence. The "cons" list on every review stays exactly as our reviewer wrote it.
• Inclusion. If an operator does not hold a current Gambling Commission licence for Great Britain, no fee gets it onto this website.

5. How the reviews are produced

We register as an ordinary British customer, complete identity verification, deposit our own money and request a withdrawal so the timings we publish are measured rather than quoted. We read the full terms, not the headline offer, and we test the deposit limit, reality check and time-out tools. If an operator refuses to honour its published terms during testing, we say so.

6. Accuracy and change

Offers, terms, banking routes and lobby contents change frequently. Every review shows a last-checked date and is revisited at least quarterly, and immediately if licence status or ownership changes. The operator's own current terms always take precedence over anything written here. If you spot something out of date, tell us at hello@flawlesscasinoreview.co.uk and we will correct it.

7. Advertising standards

We follow the CAP Code and the Gambling Commission's advertising rules for content aimed at British consumers. That means: no content designed to appeal to under-18s, no suggestion that gambling is a solution to money problems, no implication that it is a way to earn income, no urgency or pressure language, and clear terms wherever an offer is mentioned. All promotional content on this website is marked, and every page carries an 18+ notice and a safer-gambling message.

8. Independence in practice

Editorial staff are salaried and are not compensated on conversion. Commercial discussions are handled separately from reviewing, and a reviewer is never told what an arrangement is worth before scoring. Where a brand we review is also a commercial partner — which currently applies to both brands on this website — that fact is disclosed here and on every review, exactly as you are reading now.
